Total Active Residential Listings: 8,184. The number of active listings is down 1.62% compared to the same week last year.
As for average home prices:
Sold average sales price decreased 2.61% to $241,644.
Pending home sales are up 21.3% this week relative to 2011.
The pending volume is up considerably and prices are finally in sync with the volume increase.... If you are entering this market, price your property to sell, there are buyers out there and they are looking for the right combination of price, features and location.
